Delivery & Returns

Carriage & Delivery

FREE postage when you spend over £50, otherwise a single carriage charge of £2.95 will be applied. This is to cover postage, packing and delivery to any address within the United Kingdom.

Please expect delivery within 3-5 working days.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged Orders

Any damages must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order. Royal Mail/Courier may request that the damaged items be posted to them for further investigation. Please make a note of the date and time of your delivery if this is possible. Damaged items will be replaced.

Faulty Items

If an item is reported faulty, we will implement a 3 stage system to resolve the problem. An immediate refund will not permitted unless the first 2 stages do not resolve the problem.

1. Customer will be asked to email images of the item and the visible faults if visible. Advice and guidance on simple repair or maintenance instructions will be sent to help resolve the problem.

2. We will request the item be returned to our warehouse, and we will arrange collection or a returns envelope. We will then inspect the item ourselves, where possible, perform a routine service and/or repair. The item will be then posted back out to you.

3. We will replace the item if still faulty and post out to you at no extra charge. Refund will only be offered if item date of purchase is still within the 30 day return's period.

Refund Policy (U.K.)


You have 30 days from when your order was shipped to return it. The products must be in an acceptable condition and unopened. A full refund for the cost of goods only, and not the postage, will be given once the goods are received. You must obtain proof of posting from the post office. The cost of returning the goods is payable by you.

Refund Policy (Europe/World Wide)

You have 90 days from when your order was shipped to return it. The order must be in an acceptable condition and unopened. A full refund for the cost of the goods only, and not the postage, will be given once the goods are received. You must obtain proof of posting from the company which you use to return the goods. The cost of returning the goods is payable by you.

 We do not process returns past this 90 day period.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.
